What if you were accused of a crime and, based on an unproven and unsubstantiated allegation alone, your means of income were destroyed, your life savings seized, your bank accounts emptied, and all of your cash (even change) were taken?

What if you were denied Due Process and prevented from even going to court to face your accusers, see evidence and witnesses against you, or defend yourself?

Most of us would ask “They can’t do that in America, right?” Unfortunately, it happens all the time. It happens all across our country. It happened to us. If it happened to us it can happen to anyone.

In an action called Civil Action Forfeiture, government entities run rough-shod over citizens; decimating them and leaving them with no resources - and often no recourse to refute the "evidence" or defend themselves.

​

The current solution is for victims of this abuse to challenge it in court. This is something they appear determined to keep from happening as their first action is to strip their victims from any and all means to defend themselves. Unfortunately, justice only comes to those who can afford it.

We need your help to continue this fight, not just for ourselves, but for all of our fellow countrymen and women, because no one is safe.

What can you do to help?

1. First and foremost, pray. We have faith the Lord is working in this. It is His divine guidance and providence on which this country was founded and in which we sincerely desire to continue.

2. Spread the word by sharing this page. The law should never be above the law. Civil Asset Forfeiture and Qualified Immunity must be challenged.

3. We need financial support to enable us to see this through. Once our case(s) are resolved, we plan to start a non-profit with the goal to assist others who are being unfairly targeted and victimized like this.
